What is hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is an altered state of consciousness that allows access into your subconscious mind.

From here, you can identify the root cause of the issues you are experiencing, and retrain the neural pathways so your reactions and behaviours change.
​
You will be completely aware you are under hypnosis, and able to come out at any time.
​
From a spiritual perspective, you can also explore your spiritual beliefs, such as connecting to your higher self, exploring past lives and asking for guidance.
How does it work?

In your initial consultation, I'll ask you for some details about your current circumstances and your history. I'll explain how hypnotherapy works and you can ask any questions.
​
My practice centres around a technique called age regression therapy, where we look back into your past to identify the root cause of the issue you are trying to resolve. We can then retrain the brain's associations and beliefs from that event/events and build new patterns of thinking and behaviour as a result
​
Subsequent sessions will depend on what you wish to explore, but will include various techniques such as hypnodrama, guided visualisations and fear and phobia management.
